Andorra's candidacy for the Alpine World Ski Championships brings the children closer to the snow through different actions
SNOW ACTIVITIES
Free activities for children from 3 to 12 years old
Place: Pla d'Espiolets (Soldeu)
Schedule: from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Activities:

- Mini Boarder/skicross (Marmota Fun Cross)
- Mini Big air (if snow conditions allow)
- Snowboard Riglet
- Mini Snow Hockey

SKIING ACCESSIBLE TO EVERYONE
Andorra’s candidacy defends values of inclusion and accessibility, as well as the promotion of a healthy lifestyle among children through the practice of skiing.
On the occasion of the World Snow Day promoted by the International Ski Federation, these two pillars of the candidacy merge into a single action that aims to bring all children in the country to the snow, including those children with functional or cognitive diversity.
A meeting in the snow with the associations AMMA and Hi arribarem where children and their families would be able to enjoy a day of skiing with the Adaptive Center of Grandvalira.
SCHOOL ACTIVITIES
When: January 17-21, 2022
Detail: Pedagogical activities aimed at children in kindergarten, 1st and 2nd cycle in all schools in Andorra in collaboration with the Ministry of Education.
These activities revolve around the theme of snow, skiing and the values of the practice of sport and inclusion on the occasion of the candidacy for the Andorra 2027 Alpine Skiing World Championships.
The activities are carried out during school hours and are adapted to each course following the pedagogical objectives.
