EVERYBODY'S WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS

Andorra 2029 will be closer than ever to society. The candidacy was born as a great sports project at a national level with the challenge of organizing the Alpine World Ski Championships for the Principality. On the other hand, however, it also incorporates a commitment to citizens within its strategic lines. Different social challenges have been defined with the aim of creating a legacy that will last over time and benefit the whole of Andorran society and all the visitors who come to our country every year.

Among the different social objectives, the Andorra 2029 candidacy works to guarantee accessibility for all audiences. In the design of the project, a preliminary analysis is being carried out in each of the areas of action in order to ensure the application of what is currently known as "Universal Design". This integrative approach will be incorporated into the Master Plan of the Grandvalira resort to gradually eliminate the current physical barriers present within the ski area.

In addition, all communication considered essential and relevant (basic and useful information for the user) will be adapted to appropriate formats in order to eliminate discrimination of customers.

Andorra 2029 will give a boost to the overall design of the resort, both in terms of access, facilities, buildings, and services to bring the mountains, snow, skiing, and major events to all citizens more than ever.
